ABOUT US
Jarred and Katelyn, high school sweethearts for 20 years, have journeyed through multiple transformations together. Meeting as teens from rival schools on the Jersey Shore, they overcame personal struggles with obesity to embrace a life focused on health and fitness. Jarred's remarkable weight loss journey led him to win the USBF New Jersey Natural Bodybuilding Championship at just 21 years old. Both Jarred and Katelyn are now certified personal trainers.
Their professional paths evolved equally dynamically. Katelyn excelled as an RN, quickly ascending to leadership roles in nursing and healthcare administration. Meanwhile, Jarred navigated through various industries, from television production to public relations, and eventually pursued law school at Penn State and passed the bar exam, despite his lack of interest in becoming an attorney.
After relocating to Austin, Texas, without any clear plan, Katelyn established herself in nursing leadership while Jarred excelled in building and coaching sales teams that resulted in monumental success in the tech industry. Their entrepreneurial spirit also thrived through several side businesses and real estate investments.

Their relationship, marked by struggles and growth, has consistently strengthened with each challenge. As a result, their bond and love for one another is undeniable and inspiring. Through coaching, they now share their insights and strategies to empower other couples. With a focus on optimizing health, generating passion, and aligning shared goals, Jarred and Katelyn Curcio offer a blueprint for transforming solid relationships into extraordinary partnerships.
