We coach what we live.
Nearly twenty five years together, two transformations, two careers, and one relationship built on the exact work we now coach. This is not theory for us. It is our life.

Austin, Texas
Jarred and Katelyn met as teenagers, from rival high schools on the Jersey Shore. They have been together nearly twenty five years. Both carried extra weight early on, and both went through their own transformations. Jarred won the USBF New Jersey Natural Bodybuilding Championship at twenty one. Today both are certified personal trainers.
Their careers moved just as much. Katelyn built two decades in healthcare management and operations across long term care facilities and hospital systems. She is a registered nurse, NASM certified, and now the practice manager at Restora Plastic Surgery. Jarred graduated from Penn State Law and passed the bar, then never practiced, and instead built and coached sales teams to major success in tech before going all in on coaching.
After moving to Austin, they kept building. Most recently they invested in and partnered with The Pershing, an exclusive private members club in East Austin, to create The Focus Room, a high performance gym and self mastery space at 2709 East 5th Street. They co-host a podcast, Genius at Work with Jarred and Katelyn Curcio.
Their relationship got stronger with every challenge. SUPERNOVA is how they hand that to other couples.
Nearly twenty five years, and still choosing each other.
This is the work we do on our own relationship, offered to yours.

Partners, teammates, and still into each other.
Twenty five years in, the attraction is not an accident. It is the payoff of showing up, staying healthy, and choosing each other on purpose. That is exactly what we help you build.
Not therapy. Performance.
SUPERNOVA assumes both people are capable, committed, and willing to be honest. The goal is not to fix what is broken. It is to build something that cannot be.
Where Jarred brings structure and challenge, Katelyn brings depth and hold. The combination is what makes the program work. Two coaches, two perspectives, one relationship that has already done the work you are about to do.
